It focuses on creating a buyer-centric experience by allowing prospects to explore product information on their own time, without needing immediate assistance from sales representatives.

Challenges

  • Tight delivery timelines for the Prismatic integration required an efficient testing approach. And have limited time for formal test case design and execution.
  • Managing automation testing across two distinct server environments with differing workflows. One server required independent automation scripts due to its lack of Prismatic integration, while the other server's functionality heavily relied on Prismatic-Salesforce integration.
