Associate Business Development Executive

  • Strong English communication (verbal & written) and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with international clients.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Business Development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of software components and services: Development, QA, DevOps.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Self-driven, organised, and target oriented.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Generate leads and acquire new clients (Upwork, LinkedIn, outbound/inbound).
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → proposal → closure.
  • Communicate with international clients and gather requirements.
  • Prepare PPT presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solutioning and delivery alignment.
  • Maintain CRM, track leads, and support revenue goals.
