A solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
Proficiency in Git and GitHub workflows.
Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Ruby.
Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing).
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

What You Will Be Doing

Infrastructure Automation : Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code solutions using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to automate the provisioning of servers, networks, and other infrastructure components.
CI/CD Pipeline Development : Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
Cloud Platform Expertise: Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to deploy, manage, and optimise our infrastructure.
Monitoring and Alerting : Implement effective monitoring and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Security Best Practices: Adhere to industry-standard security best practices and implement security measures to protect our systems.
Collaboration : Work closely with development teams to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve their workflow.
